Return Policy
Our return policies are the manufacturer's return policies. The only exception is when you have ordered something in error. If you received the wrong item, simply send the details to customerservice@gxtinc.com and we will help you get the right item. Items ordered in error must be returned unused in their original box.
Warranty/Service
All products sold through this web site carry the manufacturer's standard warranty and service. In the event you are not satisfied with the purchase, or should the merchandise be defective, you need to contact the manufacturer directly. We will be happy to assist you when dealing with the manufacturer should there be any unresolved issues.
Payment Information
GxT, Inc., accepts payments using VISA, MASTERCARD, and American Express.
Shipping Information
Shipments come directly from the Manufacturer. This way you get the most up to date and current product. Orders that contain product from more than one manufacturer will result in more than one shipment. As each manufacturer makes a shipment, you will receive an e-mail with the UPS tracking number for that shipment.
International Information
At this time, GxT is only able to process shipments within the United States and it's possessions.
Address Changes
Total control is in your hands. If your address information changes, simply update your account information in the web site.
Security Information
The GxT, Inc. website uses the latest in SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. This is the standard used by Netscape and Microsoft. As an added precaution, GXT does not keep your credit card information in any form. Your credit card information is transmitted to the credit card service using standard encryption technologies. Once the approval is received by our web site, we discard your credit card information. It is all kept by the credit card service organization. While this means that every time your order from GxT you will have to key in your credit information again, we feel the added security is justified.
Privacy Policy
GxT is the sole owner and user of the information collected through this website. Our customer lists are not sold, rented, or given to anyone outside of the GxT organization.
For those of you familiar with cookies, we use them. It is the best technology to keep track of your order details without making you re-enter order information a second time if you lose your connection to the internet. The cookies are not used for any purpose other than maintaining basic information regarding your order.
